    AcroAngels - Beginner Acro

    AcroAngels introduces fundamentals of acrobatics in a safe, supportive, and fun environment. Students learn basic tumbling, flexibility, balance, and strength skills that build coordination and body control—perfect for developing confidence and a strong foundation for dance and cheer.

    MatMarvels - Intermediate Acro

    MatMarvels is designed for those ready to advance their acrobatics skills with increased control, strength, and precision. Students will work on progressions such as walkovers, handsprings, aerials, balances, and transitions—focusing on proper technique, safety, and confidence as they take their acro to the next level.

    FlipForce - Advanced Acro

    FlipForce is for experienced acrobats ready to master advanced tumbling, aerial variations, specialty tricks, and dynamic skill combinations. This class emphasizes power, precision, and performance quality—challenging students to push their limits while maintaining safety, control, and artistry in every movement.

    GirlPower - Strength & Conditioning

    Dancers are ATHLETES and require so much body awareness, control, strength, and stamina.  This class will improve both the dancers strength and their conditioning allowing them to jump higher, have more controlled body alignment, and perform with more energy and presence.  In addition, this class stresses the importance of injury prevention.

    FierceFit - Strength & Conditioning

    Stretch & Flexibility

    This class focuses on improving range of motion, balance, and body alignment through safe and effective stretching techniques. Students will work to increase flexibility in the legs, hips, back, and shoulders while building the body control needed for dance, cheer, and acrobatics.

    Dance Tech Grades 3-6

    In this dynamic and empowering dance technique class, dancers will focus on refining their dance skills and mastering fundamental technique essential for middle school dance team tryouts, whether already on a team or trying out for one.  Our experienced instructor having 10 years of professional dance team experience will guide each dancer through a comprehensive curriculum covering everything needed for tryouts.

    Dance Tech Grades 7-12

    In this dynamic and empowering dance technique class, dancers will focus on refining their dance skills and mastering technical skills for high school dance team tryouts, whether already on a team or trying out for one.
